“This is a great little house! We ended up staying for 3 months and I can't say enough good things about it. It's got plenty of amenities for a longer stay (like the washer and dryer and A/C for those hot summer months). The backyard was a great place for the dog to roam around and has a nice covered sitting area for use year round. Sophia is the property manager and she was great about giving me heads-up when maintenance or yard staff were coming by and was able to walk me through how to change the batteries on the front door lock. The location is SUPER walkable to lots of local food establishments and to Willamette Park.”

When our family was unexpectedly displaced from our home due to a pipe burst, we found ourselves overwhelmed especially with a small child and two dogs in tow. From the very beginning, Shannon was a true light in a stressful time. She responded to our inquiry almost immediately and welcomed us with open arms, with such kindness and care.
Throughout our entire stay, Shannon has been incredibly thoughtful, communicative, flexible, and accommodating—always making sure we had everything we needed. Her beautiful home became a peaceful haven for our family when we needed it most, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
We’ll miss that lovely house, along with the charming neighborhood, peaceful walks to the waterfront park, and all the nearby restaurants that quickly became our favorites and gave us wonderful memories!
